What types of events do you cater to?
We cater to a wide range of events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, surprise proposals, couples date night, backyard movie night and more. No matter the occasion, we strive to make it unforgettable!
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking your event at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability of your desired equipment and services. For weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance However, feel free to reach out even if your event is sooner; we’ll do our best to try to accommodate you!
Do you offer delivery and setup services?
Yes, we provide delivery and setup services for all our rentals. Our team will ensure everything is ready to go, so you can focus on enjoying your event!
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. (Please note...This does NOT apply to weddings) Our cancellation policy allows for a Full-Refund if you cancel 14 days before your event. Partial -Refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before the event. Non-Refundable on cancellations made less than 7 days before event. Weather-Related cancellations due to severe weather(heavy rains, hurricanes, snowstorms) a full refund will be issued w/o notice but must show weather conditions status of event date.
